IATSE, the Union for back of house workers in the entertainment industry, has been a client of mine for 20 years. For their headquarters we assisted them in the search for a commercial condo, and in the complex due diligence and negotiations the deal required. We helped them to re-imagine how they would operate into 21st century terms, integrating interactive telecommunications into their relationships with their locals around the country.
We designed major alterations to the former printing loft, including innovative energy and space saving HVAC systems, and all the lighting, finishes and furnishings. We also provided comprehensive Project management Services for the Project.

Developed as a multi-phase project, the new building will be between 45,000 sf and 50,000 sf and incorporate 55 dwelling units in a mixture of studio through three bedroom units.
