OUR PRACTICE

We are a medium sized architecture, planning, development, and project management firm possessing the infrastructure, team, experience and capabilities to execute large-scale mixed use buildings, adaptive re-use projects, and workplace interiors. We’ve designed major broadcasting facilities, rehabilitated landmark structures, orchestrated complex multi-phase institutional projects, designed large-scale mixed-use properties, and commercial interiors.  

We find the elegant solution to our client’s design challenges, always maintaining a careful balance of the practical and the visionary. We are skillful in our ability to understand our clients’ project goals, then analyze and represent those goals in comprehensive, integrated designs. We are deeply fluent with the complexities of zoning and codes and with the challenge of rebuilding the contemporary city.
